The shipping matrix on eCrater is complicated at best because it is impossible to determine the different shipping zones that are not considered in the matrix. We are also buyers and resent any overcharge on shipping too, so that is why we offer and do give a refund on any shipping overcharges by the eCrater Shipping Matrix.
PAYMENT: We do accept Google Check Out, PayPal, Cashier's Checks, and Money Orders. We will accept a personal check, they do have to clear the bank before the package is shipped.
